The MAAP Alt_Road Cargo Bib 2.0 is MAAP's adventure bib, made for gravel, all-road and any ride long enough to need more than jersey pockets. It suits riders heading out for big days where carrying food, tools and a phone on your shorts beats stuffing them up top.

The durable stretch fabric holds stable compression over rough surfaces, with dual side cargo pockets that keep contents secure and reachable on the move. MAAP's 3D thermo-moulded Elastic Interface chamois provides anatomical support and pressure relief for long hours in the saddle, while the breathable construction and mesh back manage heat when the terrain points up.

Tops go by chest and waist, bibs and tights by waist and hip. Between 2 sizes, take the smaller for a tighter fit or the larger for a looser fit. If your chest and waist point to different sizes, go by your chest.

Chest: measure around the fullest part of your chest.

Waist: measure around the smallest part of your waist.

Hip: measure around the fullest part of your hips.

Questions we get asked

Do I wear underwear under bib shorts?

No. Bibs are made to sit against the skin, and underwear under a chamois causes chafing.

Can I return it if it doesn't fit?

Yes. Let us know within 14 working days and send it back new and unused. Return postage is on you. If you're not sure of your size, call us on 09 376 4447 or come in and try it on first.

Can I try MAAP on before I buy?

Yes. The MAAP stock shown online is at our showroom, 348 New North Road, Kingsland. We're open 9am to 5:30pm on weekdays and 10am to 4pm on Saturday.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is a flat $15 anywhere in New Zealand, and free on orders over $150. You can also pick up free from our Kingsland store. Choose Pick Up at checkout.

How long does delivery take?

We aim to dispatch within 2 to 3 business days, and you'll get tracking once it ships. If something is held up, we'll email you.

How should I wash it?

Machine wash cold, skip the fabric softener and hang it to dry. Check the care line on each product for anything extra.
