Collection In-Store
- Free Collection: We offer a free in-store collection service. Simply choose "Pick Up" at checkout and your order will be ready for collection within 2-3 business days. We will notify you once your order is ready.
Shipping Rates and Options
- Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on all orders over $150 NZD.
- Flat Rate Shipping: For orders under $150 NZD, we offer a flat rate shipping fee of $5 NZD.
Shipping Timeframe
- Processing Time: We endeavor to process and ship all orders within 2-3 business days. This timeframe applies to orders shipped from our local store as well as those shipped directly from our suppliers.
- Stock Availability: In cases where items are out of stock or delayed, shipping times may be extended. We will communicate any delays to you promptly.

- Preferred Couriers: Shipping is conducted via our preferred courier service providers. The choice of courier depends on whether the order is shipped from our local store or directly from our suppliers.
