Do you ship across New Zealand?
Yes, CYCO ships nationwide. Standard shipping is a flat $15 anywhere in New Zealand, and free for orders over $99. Most orders leave our Kingsland shop within one business day, and rural addresses may take an extra day or two to arrive.
Can I book a bike service online?
Yes, you can book a bike service directly through our website. We service road, gravel, mountain, and commuter bikes, and we offer same-day turnaround on most scheduled services. Walk-ins are welcome too, though booking ahead guarantees your spot.

Do you offer gift wrapping
Yes, we can wrap your item in our signature box with tissue paper, and include a card with your personal message. The option is available during checkout for an additional $5. Please note this service is not available for wireless speaker purchases.
What is a precision bike fit?
A precision bike fit is a professional session in our Kingsland studio where we adjust your bike to suit your body, riding style, and goals. The session takes around two hours and includes saddle height, reach, cleat position, and posture analysis. A good fit reduces pain, prevents injury, and helps you ride faster and longer.

Do you sell bikes online or in store only?
Bikes are sold in store at our Kingsland showroom, where you can see them in person, test ride, and get expert advice on sizing. We stock road, gravel, mountain, and commuter bikes from leading brands. You can browse our range online and reach out to reserve a test ride before visiting.
Where is CYCO located?
CYCO is at 348 New North Road, Kingsland, Auckland 1021, right across from Garage Project. We're open Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm and Saturday 10am to 4pm. Closed Sundays and public holidays.
What is your return policy?
Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days for a refund or exchange. For bikes, helmets, and bike fit appointments, please contact us first to discuss. Custom orders and special builds are non-refundable unless faulty.
Do you offer bike servicing for bikes not bought from CYCO?
Absolutely. Our workshop services bikes from any brand, whether you bought it from us or not. We work on road, gravel, mountain, and commuter bikes, and our mechanics are experienced across all major drivetrains and components.
Can I join a group ride with CYCO?
Yes absolutely, CYCO hosts a weekly Saturday group ride leaving the shop at 7am, with a second meeting point at BNZ Newmarket at 7:10am. We run two groups, one at 34km/h+ average and one at 30km/h average. All welcome, just turn up with a roadworthy bike and a helmet.
