The POC Amidal is a road and gravel helmet from the Swedish safety specialists, designed as a slim, everyday race lid. It suits riders who want POC's protection tech in a lower-profile silhouette that sits neatly on the head rather than adding bulk.

Protection comes from a Mips Air Node liner for rotational impacts, a lightweight EPS core and a polycarbonate shell with reinforced zones at the rear that add structural stability and give the helmet its distinctive look. POC ran extensive CFD testing on the vent layout, so it stays aerodynamic and well ventilated at both high and low speeds. A 360° adjustment system and adjustable chin straps make the fit easy to dial in, and there is a dedicated eyewear garage for your sunglasses.
