Product Specifications and Suitability
Published product details, specifications and suitability information is the best available at the time. CYCO NZ Limited shall not be held responsible for the accuracy of any advice given regarding the suitability (or otherwise) of any part/s required for the repair of an item. If you have ordered an item that has an unsuitable product description we will remedy this by providing you a full refund upon the return of the item. Returns Policy and Cooling-off period
If you are not happy with your product for whatever reason, you are welcome to return it to us for a refund so long as it is still new and unused. Please let us know within 14 working days and we will arrange the return with you.

Please note the following:
Be sure you are happy with the products as once used, returns cannot be accepted. Your statutory rights are not affected. We recommend you keep hold of the packaging just in case you need to return the product to us. If you would like to return your product within a 14 day return period, you will need to cover the cost of returning the product, along with ensuring the product is securely packaged for transit as originally received.

Availability / Estimated Delivery Times
We do our best to ensure availability of all products shown online and endeavour to dispatch all products within the quoted time. If there is a delay we will inform you of this via email and the product will be dispatched as soon as it is available. If you have ordered multiple items they may arrive separately.

CYCO NZ Limited has no liability to you for any delay in the delivery of products ordered. We endeavour to get all orders sent out as quickly as possible. You have the right to cancel delayed orders at any time, please contact [email protected] or call 09 376 4447 with your order number.Occasionally we find ourselves having to withdraw an item because it has become obsolete or has been discontinued. If you have placed an order for an item that has been made obsolete we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you an alternative if one is available.

Payment
All prices are quoted in New Zealand Dollar NZD$ and include GST at 15%.
Due to the nature of the clearing system your credit card payment will be taken at the point of processing. If a problem in supply should occur, your payment method will be refunded as swiftly as possible. The refund may take five working days to show as cleared funds on your account, depending on payment provider.

Governed Law
CYCO NZ Limited Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with New Zealand Law. Disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.

Delivery
Orders will be shipped using best available methods and sent in the most appropriate way to ensure safe delivery.

Cancellations
Orders may be canceled at any time before they are dispatched, please contact [email protected] or call 09 376 4447. If the item has already been dispatched then please return it to the store.

Liability
We shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages or expenses. This includes, but is not limited to, damage to property, lost income, profits, economic or commercial losses and third parties claims. We will do our best to get all orders dispatched as quickly as possible. We have no liability to you for any delay in the delivery of products ordered. You have the right to cancel delayed orders at any time and get a refund prior to the item being dispatched



All goods supplied by CYCO NZ Limited are covered by the normal manufacturers' warranty.

  • Please note that certain products need to be returned to our suppliers, for inspection and possible repair.
  • Goods are subject to the manufacturers' warranties. We will pass on the benefit of those warranties to you.
  • Where goods are subject to warranty, you are responsible for returning them to us or the manufacturer (as provided by the warranty). We will seek to support you and whenever possible, act on your behalf if you return the product to our store in Kingsland.
  • Any warranty may be voided by damage to or misuse of the product, or problems caused by inadequate packaging or storage.
  • For health and safety reasons we request all used clothing to be washed prior to returning back to us. Failure to do this will result in us having to send them back to you, as we will be unable to inspect these goods.
  • Proof of purchase is required. We will confirm through our systems that we have sold you the product(s) prior to return
