Wahoo ELEMNT Ace

The wind sensor is the first genuinely new idea in bike computers for years. Seeing what a headwind is actually costing you, or how much the bunch is saving you, changes how you ride the day.

Sale price$1,149.00

The Wahoo ELEMNT Ace is Wahoo's flagship, and the biggest computer in the category. The 3.8in touchscreen is larger than a Garmin Edge 1050 or a Hammerhead Karoo, and it is the first Wahoo unit to go touchscreen at all, though the buttons are still there for gloved hands and wet days.

The headline is the wind sensor. Built into the front of the unit, it reads airspeed against your ground speed and shows in real time what the wind is doing to you, including how much you are saving in a bunch. Wind Impact, Potential Speed and Wind Grade turn that into numbers you can actually ride to, and the whole lot syncs to the Wahoo app for post-ride analysis. Nothing else in this category does it.
