The vent ports are placed to feed deep internal channels rather than just cut holes in the shell, so air moves through the helmet at climbing speed as well as at 40kmh. POC still gave it a 22 degree aero trailing edge to keep turbulence down, so you are not paying for the ventilation in drag. A fully wrapped unibody polycarbonate shell holds the EPS liner, MIPS Air Node sits laminated into the padding for rotational impacts, and high-friction eye garage pads at the front take your sunglasses when you push them up.
