D3O claims the compound damps twice the vibration of standard grip rubber. ODI has paired it with a multi-layered pattern of hexagons and triangles that varies in thickness across the grip, so there is more padding under the palm and more texture where the fingers wrap. The 32.75mm diameter sits in the medium range, and the ends are double reinforced with a TPE layer wrapping fully around the hard inner core to stop blowouts in a crash.
