Curve AIR Kev
AIR Kev is the race version of Kevin. Same family, sharper intent: Curve stripped the mounts back, dropped in a bonded carbon seat tube and built a gravel bike aimed at average speed rather than bikepacking mileage. It started as a 2023 Handmade Bicycle Show Australia project and went into production on the strength of the reaction.
The frame is a 3Al-2.5V Grade 9 titanium tubeset with a carbon seat tube bonded to the bottom bracket shell through a double-lap join and a tight tolerance 3D printed titanium lug. Brake hose routing runs internally through the down tube, bottom bracket and non-drive chainstay, held by a 3D printed titanium guide hidden inside the shell. The fork is the Race 415, a stripped version of the Ride 415 with internal routing and no cargo mounts. Bonding, paint and finishing all happen at Curve HQ in Melbourne.
Key features

Two things worth knowing before you commit. The frame only takes fully wireless groupsets, so SRAM AXS. And there are no rack mounts, though it will work with a Tailfin universal axle. Talk to us about sizing and we will get it right.
