Cervélo Soloist

The Soloist is Cervélo's all-round race bike, aimed at riders who race rather than watch. It arrives ready to line up at 6.86kg, on the UCI weight limit, and every build comes with carbon wheels, a power meter and a one-piece bar and stem. Sizes 48 to 61.

The current bike is 8.6 watts faster than the outgoing Soloist, from a deeper head tube, deeper fork legs and a bottom bracket junction that shields the rear wheel. Frame and fork surface area both went up while weight came down, for a 267 gram saving as a system. The aero bottles are worth another 4.3 watts, and the cage still takes a round bottle so you can grab one at a feed. If the bar and stem that comes on your bike is not the right size, Cervélo will swap it for another at no charge.
